About
Founded by vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Adriano Brito, Afro Dominicano released the album Letters to Zoë (2019) and singles including "Quisqueya" and "Solito." They have played venues such as Joe's Pub, Lincoln Center, Chelsea Music Hall, and Central Park, won the Music Hall of Williamsburg battle of the bands, and were a top-3 finalist for the WE ? NYC Riders' Choice Award in 2023.
