Alice Deejay was formed in 1998 as a Dutch dance project produced by Wessel van Diepen, Dennis van den Driesschen, Sebastiaan Molijn and Eelke Kalberg and fronted by vocalist Judith Pronk. Their 1998 single “Better Off Alone” became an international hit and their album Who Needs Guitars Anyway? and singles sold in the millions worldwide. The project later revived for touring (also performing as Alice DJ) with reunion dates featuring original vocalist Judith Pronk.
