Annie-Claude Deschênes is a Montréal-based singer, visual artist and longtime frontperson of Duchess Says and member of PyPy who launched a solo project and released the album Les manières de table in spring 2024. Her solo work earned critical recognition including a Polaris Music Prize long-listing (2024) and several nominations at GAMIQ and the JUNO Awards (2025–2026), and she was a PHI NORD residency recipient in 2022.
