Arushi Jain is an India-born composer, vocalist, engineer and modular synthesist who studied at Stanford's CCRMA. She has released Under the Lilac Sky (2021) and Delight (2024) on Leaving Records and her work—which layers Hindustani classical idioms with modular synthesis—has received coverage from outlets including The Guardian and Pitchfork. Jain is the founder of the GHUNGHRU project and serves as a radio resident/host on stations such as NTS.
