Awakenings is a Dutch events organisation that has produced techno parties and festivals since 1997, with its first legendary night held at Amsterdam's Gashouder. Its flagship Awakenings Festival attracts tens of thousands of attendees and the brand runs year-round events (including Upclose) at major Dutch venues such as Spaarnwoude/Hilvarenbeek and the Ziggo Dome. The organisation is internationally recognised for large-scale productions, sound and visuals and is a leading platform in European techno.
