He won the Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album for Art & Life in 2001 and was robed/crowned as King of the Dancehall at Reggae Sumfest in 2009. Beenie Man has maintained a decades-long career with numerous high-profile collaborations and charting singles worldwide.
