Ben Palmer is a London-based conductor and composer, founder and Artistic Director of Covent Garden Sinfonia. He served as Chief Conductor of the Deutsche Philharmonie Merck (2017–2024), leads film-with-orchestra performances worldwide, and has been personally authorised to conduct John Williams’s film scores in concert. Palmer has made his BBC Proms debut and records for labels including Sony and Decca.
