Chainlacing is the project of Lauren Crosser and Rick Martel, begun in New Hampshire with recordings made between Boston and the Seacoast. Their debut album Messuage is scheduled for release June 19, 2026 on These Hands Melt, and the band released the single “Simulacra” (with an official video) in May 2026. For live performances they have expanded the lineup to include additional players such as Joe Streeter, Nick Watter, and Dan Hartel.
