Formed in 1979 by Gary Daly and Eddie Lundon, China Crisis achieved commercial success in the 1980s with hits such as "Wishful Thinking". Their 1985 album Flaunt the Imperfection, produced with contribution from Walter Becker, reached the UK top 10. The band has continued to perform and tour with Daly and Lundon remaining as the core members.
