Darlin' was a short-lived French rock trio formed in 1992 by Laurent Brancowitz, Thomas Bangalter and Guy?Manuel de Homem?Christo. They contributed two tracks to the Shimmies in Super 8 compilation and split after roughly six months; Brancowitz went on to join/form Phoenix while Bangalter and de Homem?Christo formed Daft Punk, a name inspired by a Melody Maker review of Darlin'.
