Jennifer Witcher (DJ Minx) founded the Women on Wax collective in 1996 and launched Women on Wax Recordings in 2001. Active since the early 1990s, she has toured internationally, mentored emerging artists through her collective/label, and received recognition from outlets such as Mixmag and DJ Mag for her contributions to electronic music.
