Hot Date is a duo formed by Eric Carranza and Nora O’Brien. They self-released their debut album For Lovers in January 2015 and followed with the Spaces EP in 2018, recording largely in home studios with contributions from local musicians. The pair have performed at regional venues including First Avenue and the Turf Club and organized local performance series such as Sweet 317.
