About
Imperial Motors is a four-piece band featuring Liam Patrick O’Toole (fretless bass), Andrew Garces (guitar), Josh Cukier (vocals/drums) and Ben Biber (keys/synth). They released the single “Freeloader” (August 18, 2025) and followed with “Infinite Money Glitch” (September 2025), with the EP Charlie Don’t Surf scheduled for October 2025; credits list Garces as mixer and Felix Davis as mastering engineer. Their recordings emphasize distorted fretless bass, jagged guitar, twitchy synth and dynamic drum grooves, and they have played DIY NYC venues such as Trans-Pecos and Purgatory.
