Jason Maximo Clotter is a double bassist who began studying the instrument at age 17 and completed training through programs including the Jazz at Lincoln Center Youth Orchestra and the Manhattan School of Music Pre-College program. He has performed at major jazz venues such as Smalls, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Blue Note and Ronnie Scott's, has shared stages with high-profile jazz artists on international tours, and is sponsored by LaBella strings.
