Jim Ridl is a New York/New Jersey–based pianist, composer, arranger and educator who has released multiple albums as a leader. He has performed widely with major jazz ensembles, toured internationally (including US State Department programs), and maintains a long-running teaching practice and residencies in the NYC area. His recordings and projects frequently incorporate blues, country and classical elements and span solo, trio and larger ensemble formats.
