Formed by singer-songwriter Andy Platts, Mamas Gun released their debut album Routes to Riches in 2009 and have issued several albums including Golden Days (2018) and Cure the Jones (2022). They achieved notable commercial success in Japan (Routes to Riches reached No.3 on the Japanese Billboard chart) and have recorded collaborations with artists such as Beverley Knight.
