Formed in 2017 by singer?songwriter Sarik Kumar, Mars Motel released the debut album Passenger X and singles including "Coming Up For Air" (2019). They recorded at Virtue & Vice Studios with engineer Rocky Gallo and have supported releases with live shows at venues such as Mercury Lounge and Bowery Ballroom.
