American double bassist active in the 1960s who appears on Rahsaan Roland Kirk sessions, most notably the 1964 album I Talk With the Spirits. He was involved with the New York Bass Violin Choir and relocated to New York City in the early 1960s, performing at venues such as the Five Spot.
