more eaze is the project of composer and multi-instrumentalist Mari Maurice Rubio. Maurice began releasing limited CD?Rs and cassettes under the more eaze name in the 2010s and has since issued records on labels including Orange Milk, Leaving Records and Thrill Jockey, plus collaborative albums with Claire Rousay (notably No Floor, 2025). Originally from San Antonio, TX, Maurice relocated to Brooklyn and continues to perform and release both solo and collaborative work.
