Richard Dworsky served as pianist and music director for Garrison Keillor's A Prairie Home Companion from 1993–2016, providing original themes, underscoring, and band leadership. He appeared as pianist and music director/arranger in the 2006 Robert Altman film A Prairie Home Companion, has released solo recordings (including pieces featured on Windham Hill compilations), and is a Steinway Artist.
