Born Maria?Cecilia Simone Kelly, Rico Nasty began self-releasing music while in high school and built an early following on SoundCloud. She released multiple mixtapes (including the Sugar Trap series), the collaborative Anger Management project with Kenny Beats, and her debut studio album Nightmare Vacation in 2020. She has received critical attention from major outlets, performed at festivals like Coachella, and was named to the XXL Freshman Class of 2019.
