Roxette is a Swedish duo formed in 1986 by Per Gessle and Marie Fredriksson. They reached international success with the 1988 album Look Sharp! and a run of global hits including "The Look", "Listen to Your Heart" and "It Must Have Been Love" (featured on the Pretty Woman soundtrack). The act has sold roughly 75–80 million records worldwide; Marie Fredriksson died in December 2019 and the project has since continued in reformed line-ups.
