Stefan Kukurugya is a pianist, vocalist and bandleader with a decades?long career; he released the 1986 LP Sun Thoughts (credited to the Stefan Kukurugya Ensemble) and has tracks such as "Vacation Island." He has toured as a musical director, produced children’s music for clients including Sesame Street and The Learning Channel, and regularly hosts piano?karaoke and dueling?piano shows at venues such as Sid Gold’s Request Room and the Dirty Dog Jazz Cafe.
