Formed in 2022 from members of The Sons & Heirs, The Smiths Tribute NYC performs faithful live recreations of The Smiths' music and has played venues including Bowery Ballroom, Gramercy Theatre and Le Poisson Rouge. The band has shared the stage with guests such as Spencer Cobrin and Doug Gillard and received press attention from outlets including the New York Times and Rolling Stone.
