Wayne Tucker is a Brooklyn-based trumpeter, composer, arranger and bandleader who leads Wayne Tucker & The Bad Mothas. He has released multiple albums (including Wake Up and See the Sun) and has toured/recorded with artists such as Cyrille Aimée, Kurt Elling and Taylor Swift, performing at venues from The Jazz Gallery and Birdland to larger stages. He is a SUNY Purchase (Class of 2009) alumnus and serves as a lecturer in the Purchase College Conservatory of Music.
