Worm began in 2012 as the studio project of Phantom Slaughter and later became a duo with guitarist Wroth Septentrion. The band signed to Century Media Records and released the album Necropalace (Feb 13, 2026), which features a guest appearance by Marty Friedman and preceded a U.S. tour in 2026.
