New York Bagel Workshop

Inspired by the place we call home, New York! Learn to craft your own versions of the iconic bagel from scratch as you mix, boil, shape, and bake them just like the pros. And don't worry, we've also got you covered on the spreads. After the bagels are ready, you'll get to add your chosen toppings for a customized cream cheese. Enjoy freshly baked New York bagels, that are perfectly yours.DetailsYou'll Need:We'll be working with ingredients so we suggest wearing comfortable clothes that you wouldn't mind getting a little dirty :)Location: 393 Broadway, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10013Duration: 3 hours - Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts to ensure enough time for check-in.There will be a 45-minute break during the class while we wait for the bagels to bake in the oven. You can stay in our studio, or feel free to grab some coffee or a bite somewhere in the SoHo area!Please note that this class involves kneading dough by hand, so we would recommend selecting another one of our experiences for those with arthritis or similar mobility issues. Things to Note...Due to the structure of the workshop, we do have a minimum class size. If a workshop does not reach the minimum number of participants, it will be cancelled. Participants will be contacted 2 days before and will be able to reschedule to a future date.Refund Policy: Kitsby's classes are non-refundable, but we do offer the ability to reschedule with a minimum 24-hour notice.
