* Gratuity is not included unless you purchased the ‘Groups of 10 or more’ ticket type where a 10% gratuity is automatically applied. If you do end up obtaining 10 or more individual tickets by separate purchases, you will be contacted to make an advance payment of a 10% Group Gratuity.
- Peak fall foliage is not guaranteed. We have seen fall colors at their peak as early as mid-October and as late early December along the waterfront in the Palisades of New Jersey (the prime destination of our fall foliage excursions). Refunds due to ‘lack of color’, will not be honored. Cruising on the Hudson River, north by the Palisades, is a unique and interesting route and is the declared value of this excursion.

Bookings of 1 to 9 guests, have an option to reschedule or convert to a gift certificate up until 24 hours prior to departure. Bookings of 10 to 16 must notify us 1 week in advance to reschedule or convert to gift certificate credit. Bookings of 17 or more must notify us 2 weeks in advance to reschedule or convert to gift certificate credit. Requests for cancellation, rescheduling or conversion to gift credit must be sent by email to [email protected]. *Unique cancelation terms can be offered upon request. **Activity takes place rain or shine, but within reason.**
The activity runs regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability), receive credit for a future event, or receive a refund.

The Yacht Kingston is a classic 1920s-style powerboat. She is the most intimate classic style yacht available in our New York harbor fleet. She features a fully stocked bar at midship, a roomy restroom on the main deck, and wrap-around seating under cover plus an open forward deck, accommodating up to 49 guests in total. She was built and designed for taking groups of people on elegant sightseeing cruises.
The Kingston is operated by Coast Guard-certified captains and extremely friendly and talented crew. Our staff is known for their amazing hospitality, and are all professionally trained and experienced on our vessels. They are also very knowledgeable about the sights you will enjoy.
Sit back, relax and enjoy yourself . With wind in your hair and amazing scenes in front of your eyes, everything is just breezy on the Kingston.
