Holly Miranda
Holly Miranda is a versatile songwriter, music producer, and maker of things from Detroit who emerged onto the New York music scene in the late ’90’s. She co‑founded The Jealous Girlfriends in the early aughts within the Williamsburg, Brooklyn art scene; the band released two records. Her debut solo album, The Magician’s Private Library, along with later projects like Mutual Horse and Virtual Funeral, showcase her evolving and diverse artistry, alongside performances and work with artists including Lou Reed, Karen O, Kelis, Leslie Gore, and Tegan and Sara. Currently, Holly is part of a team building a new music venue and community space in upstate New York.
