A one-night gathering around food, music, and storytelling.
The evening begins with a tasting hour inspired by recipes from DRTY KTCHN, food rooted in memory, migration, longing and home. —Followed by a live full band performance of Madura, Malaya Sol’s debut album.
Presented in celebration of both the album release and the first edition of the accompanying cookbook. In collaboration with Red Pavilion and Chef Jorge Cardenas of Ix Cafe, Brooklyn.
