Join us this September for the first ever Traditional Makers Fair at the Old Stone House & Washington Park, in Park Slope, Brooklyn on Saturday 9/26 from 10am-5pm!
**This NEW Market celebrates the old ways of hand crafting.**
Held during New York's Textile Month, this market will spotlight artisans who engage in traditional techniques, crafts, and textile arts by emphasizing hand-crafting across the disciplines of print design, glassblowing, ceramics, hand-made woodworking, metal smithing, weaving, knitting, crochet, and more.
Brooklyn’s rich cultural heritage and diverse population of immigrants has long shaped manufacturing and design in the US; this market celebrates these continuing traditions.
Planned restoration/construction projects at the Old Stone House have been pushed until 2027, allowing us to commemorate the country’s 250th anniversary with this special Market at this historic site. We are thrilled!
The Maker’s Fair will be located along the cul de sac at 4th Street, and along Fifth Avenue in Park Slope, adjacent to the Old Stone House in Washington Park. The outdoor Brooklyn Pop-Up + OSH Traditional Makers Fair will bring together 50+ local artisans, and makers utilizing traditional hand crafting techniques.
**Extreme Weather Date: Sunday 9/27/26, 10am-5pm**
