Hive Mind Books is a queer- and trans-focused independent bookstore and coffee shop in Bushwick, hosting frequent author talks and community events. The brick-and-mortar storefront opened in October 2024 after a period of pop-ups, quickly becoming a neighborhood gathering space for LGBTQIA+ readers and allies. It carries new and used titles with a mission-driven curation and a cozy cafe vibe on Irving Avenue near Maria Hernandez Park.
