Rough Trade NYC is the New York outpost of the legendary UK record shop, operating at 30 Rockefeller Plaza with a street-level store (Rough Trade Above) and a newer concourse-level space (Rough Trade Below). After seven years in Williamsburg, the shop relocated to Rockefeller Center in June 2021 and, in 2025, added a 4,000?square?foot underground location that supports frequent in?store performances, signings, and talks. Steps from Radio City Music Hall in Midtown, it draws music fans for new and used vinyl, merch, and events amid Rockefeller Center’s dining and attractions.
