The debut concert presentation of the score Ethan Iverson composed for the Mark Morris dance PEPPERLAND, featuring expansions and contractions loosely based on SGT PEPPER'S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND. The Mark Morris Dance Group has performed PEPPERLAND over 70 times with live music; this is the first time the colorful and exciting score is heard in a concert setting. The all-star band includes Iverson on piano in addition to Clinton Curtis (vocal), Rob Schwimmer (theremin), Sam Newsome (soprano sax), Jacob Garchik (trombone), Chris McCarthy (keyboard), and Vinnie Sperrazza (drums).
